Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, pulling merchandise, and building displays. Deliver exceptional service through customer greetings, product engagement, and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to maintain product knowledge and ensure adherence to alcohol sales laws and safety standards. Complete cross-functional duties as assigned, including loading orders safely and maintaining store cleanliness. Requires high school diploma, retail experience, and ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
