Job Summary
Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays, and place signage to maximize product availability. Fulfill orders and assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform them about products and services while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and ensure adherence to all applicable laws related to the sale of alcohol. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Entrepreneurial spirit
