Job Summary
Receive, price, sensor, and inspect freight while prioritizing merchandise by order of importance to restock empty shelves first. Maintain store neatness inside and outside, keep work areas organized, and validate packing slips for all stocking functions. Execute Return to Stock (RTS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) procedures, tag merchandise, and move back-stock to the sales floor. Report promptly, remain security conscious, and collaborate with supervisors to meet company goals. This role requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs and interpreting documents. Required Qualifications
- Job requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift
- Job requires associate, on a regular basis, to carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Job requires that the associate regularly pick up objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comprehend basic instructions
- Ability to interpret documents
- Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond
- Associate must be able to read English
