Job Summary
Stock shelves, front and dust product, review for out-of-date items, and maintain beer, wine, and freezer coolers. Empty shopping carts onto registers, sweep and mop floors, clean restrooms, and gather carts from the parking lot. Remove cases from the sales floor, break down unused boxes, and keep re-packing areas organized. Answer guest questions, suggest add-on items, and resolve complaints with courtesy. Load keg orders using a lift if available and run a cash register as needed. Maintain uniform standards, utilize proper lifting techniques for items up to 100 pounds, and adhere to all safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 21
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
- Valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
- Valid Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos
- Must be able to communicate with and understand coworkers and guests
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals
- Must be able to calculate discounts and percentages
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more occasionally
- Must be able to push and/or pull 50 to 100 pounds or more regularly
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday
- Must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to communicate and understand
- Must be able to feel, handle, reach, and lift
- Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers to feel, handle, reach, and lift
- Must be able to use tools

- Must be able to work outside of your scheduled time without District Manager approval is prohibited
