Job Summary
Stock shelves, front and dust products, and remove cases from the sales floor while maintaining uniform standards and safety regulations. Empty shopping carts, gather them from the parking lot, and keep the parking lot, restrooms, and floors clean by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of refuse. Break down unused boxes, organize re-packing stacks, and answer guest questions or resolve complaints with courtesy. Suggestively sell add-on items, run cash registers as needed, and carry out or dolly-out merchandise at guest request. Prepare assigned areas for inventory and fulfill management directives efficiently. Maintain a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and Food Handlers Permit. Work full-time 35 hours or part-time up to 25 hours per week, available for any shift including Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 21
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
- Valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
- Valid Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos
- Must be able to communicate with and understand coworkers and guests
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals
- Must be able to calculate discounts and percentages
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more occasionally
- Must be able to push and/or pull 50 to 100 pounds or more regularly
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday
- Must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb or balance

- Must be able to feel, handle, reach, and lift
