Job Summary
Stock shelves with new merchandise, face shelves, and maintain conditions while working back stock and adjusting displays. Organize the warehouse and assist the front end or other departments as directed. Order stock per management instructions and uphold safety guidelines regarding power equipment and sharp instruments. Maintain exceptional customer service by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies in a clean, friendly atmosphere. This entry-level role requires the ability to lift 50 lb. boxes and exert frequent force, with medium physical demands including stooping, kneeling, and working on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
