Job Summary
Stock shelves with new merchandise, face shelves, and maintain conditions by adjusting sets and working in new items. Organize and maintain the warehouse while assisting in building and maintaining displays as directed by management. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies and maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele. Order stock as directed by management and assist the front end or other departments as needed. Follow all safety guidelines regarding power equipment, balers, compactors, and box knives, and comply with company policies including dress code and name tag requirements. This entry-level role supports Pyramid Foods' commitment to providing quality food and service at the best prices in a friendly, flexible team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
