Job Summary
Stock shelves with new merchandise, work back stock to shelves, and face shelves while maintaining conditions and readjusting sets. Organize and maintain the warehouse, assist in building displays as directed, and order stock per management. Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and assisting the front end or other departments as needed. Follow all safety guidelines for power equipment and company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements. This medium work involves lifting 50 lb. boxes, using knives, and working on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
