Job Summary
Unload product deliveries, sort merchandise from pallets to carts, and stock shelves in proper locations. Maintain visual presentation by completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing. Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and assemble products for displays or individual customers as needed. This part-time role requires 10-15 hours weekly and involves lifting 70 lbs. Candidates must have flexible availability for weekends and holidays. Northern Tool + Equipment serves tradespeople and weekend warriors across 130 stores with a focus on blue-collar work ethic and hassle-free experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience
