Job Summary
Unload trucks, sort products, and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers with new items. Rotate products using FIFO, refill endcaps and sale areas, and scan items into the inventory system. Remove damaged or expired goods, sweep aisles, and keep work areas clean. Work with the overnight team to finish stocking before the store opens, then help early-morning customers locate items. Check in with your team leader at the start of the shift to assign tasks, and report low stock or product issues to supervisors. Perform this role on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts from 7:00pm to 12:30am.

- Must be able to lift and carry items like boxes, crates, and products—sometimes up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, squat, twist, and kneel to put items on shelves low and high
- Must be able to be on your feet most of the shift—walking and standing on hard floors
- Must be able to move carts and trolleys loaded with products
- Must be able to use your hands to open boxes, handle small items, and scan products
- Must be able to use ladders or step stools to reach high shelves
- Must be able to work indoors in areas like stockrooms and coolers—some spots may feel warmer or cooler than others
- Must be able to work around background noise from store announcements or equipment
- Must be able to work around dust, cardboard, and other packing stuff while stocking
- Must be able to pay attention and follow safety rules when floors may be slippery
