Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate perishables, and unload trucks to maintain full displays and proper product flow. Keep refrigerated coolers, store shelves, and displays blocked and faced according to tag allocation. Follow procedures for price marking, inventory control, and handling damaged or out-of-date goods. Assist in training teammates, maintaining sanitation standards, and sweeping floors during store hours. Communicate with management regarding shortages, equipment issues, and store feedback. This role supports the Grocery department at Pay-and-Save, Inc. across all locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pallet Jack Certified
- Must be able to unload trucks, breakdown load and stock product
- Must be able to climb, stand, bend, push or pull, twist, grasp, squeeze, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, handle, finger, feel, talk, hear and see
- Very hard work- exerting 100 pounds of force occasionally, and /or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Requires walking and/or standing up to a significant degree
- Must be able to perform other duties
- Must posses basic math skills
- Must be organized
