Job Summary
Help customers find products, offer recommendations, and load their purchases into vehicles while checking materials for quick, accurate deliveries. Load materials safely, pack items correctly for transport, and keep the yard organized for easy location. Drive forklifts or company vehicles to assist with deliveries and unloading. Maintain safety rules, keep work areas clean, and assist with inventory counting. Perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure the team runs smoothly. Valid driver's license and forklift experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to climb, reach, twist and bend, and safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in various temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering great service
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work hard as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with construction or building materials
- Forklift experience (1+ year preferred)
