Job Summary
Verify truck loads and secure materials per DOT standards, then unload, protect, and stage items per customer directives. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse by following OSHA protocols, using proper lifting techniques for weights up to 100 pounds, and wearing required PPE. Participate in monthly or annual physical inventories when required. Operate forklifts or similar equipment for extended shifts, pushing and pulling carts over various distances. Support core values of safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and company choice. Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

- Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation
- Ability to frequently drive or sit in a truck, forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day
- Ability to frequently push, pull, lift or carry building materials weighing approximately 100 pounds, using proper lifting procedures
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift or carry greater weights
- Ability to push and pull carts loaded carts over various distances and surfaces
- Ability to perform some functions as a team
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing
