Job Summary
Verify trucks are loaded and secured per DOT standards, then unload, protect, move, and stage materials as specified by customer directive. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following all OSHA requirements, using proper lifting techniques, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Frequently operate equipment such as forklifts and drive vehicles for multiple hours while pushing, pulling, or carrying building materials weighing approximately 100 pounds. Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories when required. Support company values of safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a Company of Choice for employees and customers.

- Ability to unload, protect, move, and stage materials as specified by customer directive
- Ability to participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories when required
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing
- Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation
- Ability to drive or sit in a truck, forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day
- Ability to push, pull, lift or carry building materials weighing approximately 100 pounds using proper lifting procedures
- Ability to push, pull, lift or carry greater weights occasionally
- Ability to push and pull carts loaded carts over various distances and surfaces
- Ability to perform some functions as a team
