Job Summary
Stocker duties include merchandising, stocking, rotating and displaying product to ensure freshness, appeal and easy customer access; ensure accuracy of deliveries and pricing, complete build-to orders, maintain inventory, verify invoices, and prepare displays with dating and pricing. Provide prompt customer service, greet and thank customers, and address routine concerns. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, perform housekeeping tasks, and assist with shift-related meetings and inventory. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, working in walk-in coolers/freezers, and standing for long periods. High school diploma or GED preferred; 18+ required; experience in retail sales preferred; ability to operate a cash register and basic arithmetic; strong communication and teamwork skills.
