Job Summary
Stocker at Cencora responsible for receiving, picking and staging customer orders, inventory organization and control, and assisting with inventory procedures. Duties include verifying merchandise against records, stocking shelves, using RF devices for picking/packing, assembling customer orders from stock, entering orders/returns into the system, inspecting and returning items to proper shelves, performing daily inventory counts, and supporting training of new associates. The role may involve operating forklifts/reach trucks and working in a cage/vault or refrigerated environment, with potential overtime and adherence to OSHA safety requirements. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience
- Ability to read and understand English; basic mathematical skills
- Ability to operate power equipment (forklift, reach trucks) and comply with safety standards; hazmat training certification may be required
