Review store orders, comprehend item locations and quantities, and pick products for distribution. Prepare cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging, placing items in designated locations for collection. Maintain elevated accuracy on stocked merchandise to meet departmental performance standards and ensure full compliance. Keep work zones clean at the end of each shift and perform general housekeeping to clear debris from aisles. Cross-train employees in stock distribution and other warehouse duties to build team capabilities. Monitor day-to-day warehouse operations, escalating exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse standards to maintain a safe working environment.
