Job Summary
The Windsor Stock Stylist supports the leadership team by ensuring the store represents Windsor’s Visual Guidelines. Responsibilities include processing shipments, updating promotional signage, completing markdowns, and leading the team through merchandising opportunities. The role requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, showcasing fashion knowledge, and maintaining operational integrity. Ideal candidates are flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking, and must meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for a full scheduled shift
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
