Job Summary
Welcome guests with friendly service, prepare and bake products to brand standards, operate registers, and maintain a clean, stocked store. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while working with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Taste test products for quality and handle cash accurately. Flexible scheduling allows 20–40 hours per week with free on-duty meals and discounts. No prior experience required; TB clearance and food handler certification needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to taste test products for quality
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
Desired Qualifications
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
