Job Summary
Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service, prepare and bake products to brand standards, operate registers, and maintain accurate cash handling. Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized while following all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines. Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences and taste test products for quality. Requires flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays; must be 18 or older with TB clearance if applicable. Food handler certification required or obtainable within 30 days. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to taste test products for quality
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Desired Qualifications
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
