Job Summary
Stock Plan Manager at RXO located at the company headquarters in Charlotte, NC. You will administer and maintain global equity compensation programs, manage the equity management system, prepare and deliver regulatory filings and disclosures (including Section 16 filings and proxy statements), ensure compliance with tax, securities, accounting and governance requirements, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Tax, Payroll, Internal Audit, and Legal to support equity-related transactions and reporting. You will analyze equity holdings, reconcile share pools, identify process improvements, serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, and develop participant communications and educational materials. Cross-training with team members to support operational continuity and flexibility is also expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 years of equity compensation or stock plan administration experience within a publicly traded U.S. company
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock and performance awards
- Experience working with equity management platforms and supporting regulatory reporting requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to partner across multiple business functions
