Job Summary
The Stock Personnel is responsible for maintaining an organized stock room, ensuring product accessibility and inventory accuracy, providing efficient customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities include supporting store achievement goals, demonstrating professionalism, adhering to store standards, communicating stock issues effectively, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized. Ideal candidates should possess enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
