Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room, ensuring that products are easily located and inventory is accurate. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for store appearance and performance, efficiently following instructions from Management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the stockroom. Key skills required include strong customer service, communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to adapt in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
