Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located and inventory is accurate. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards, efficiently following management instructions, and maintaining merchandise standards. Key skills required are strong customer service skills, excellent communication, problem solving abilities, and adaptability. Candidates must be enthusiastic about the brand and able to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
