Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room ensuring that inventory is accurate, product is easily located, and customer service is efficient. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, maintaining store appearance and performance standards, efficiently following management instructions, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and be team-oriented with the ability to adapt and learn quickly. Previous retail experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
