Job Summary
Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room ensuring products are easily located, and inventory is accurate. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for performance, following management instructions, communicating stock status, maintaining stockroom organization, and ensuring proper control of merchandise. Candidates should possess enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service skills, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, be goal-oriented, team players, adaptable, fast learners, disciplined, and self-motivated. Previous stock or retail experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
