Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room, ensure easy product location, and keep inventory accurate while providing efficient customer service. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting appearance and performance standards, communicating stock status, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring consistent awareness of the store’s stock and merchandise. Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, be flexible, disciplined, goal-oriented, and have a passion for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
