Job Summary
The Stock Personnel is responsible for maintaining a well-organized stockroom, ensuring product is easily located, and providing efficient customer service while maintaining a safe environment. Duties include demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for store appearance and product knowledge, following management instructions, ensuring the stockroom and shelves are fully stocked and clean, and maintaining awareness of store merchandise. Candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, and be adaptable with a positive enthusiasm for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
