Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room ensuring products are easily located and inventory is accurate while providing efficient customer service. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for store appearance, and efficiently following management tasks. Stock Personnel will also communicate weekly stock conditions, ensure shelves are organized and stocked, maintain merchandise standards, and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
