Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located and inventory is accurate. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism in interactions, meeting company standards for store appearance and performance, following management instructions and store operating procedures, ensuring stock is well organized and clean, and maintaining consistent awareness of the store’s merchandise. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and a neat appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
