Job Summary
The Stock Personnel is responsible for maintaining a well-organized stock room to ensure efficient product location and accurate inventory. Responsibilities include contributing to the store's performance, meeting company standards for appearance and product knowledge, following instructions from management, communicating stock status, ensuring product organization, and maintaining merchandise standards. Candidates should possess enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service skills, and effective communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
