Job Summary
The Stock Personnel is responsible for maintaining a well-organized stock room, ensuring products are easily located, inventory is accurate, and customer service is efficient. Key responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for appearance and performance, following management instructions, communicating stock availability, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring a clean stockroom. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
