Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, manage inventory accuracy, and provide efficient customer service while maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include meeting company standards for store appearance, product knowledge, and operations, efficiently following tasks from management, communicating stock status, and maintaining merchandise standards. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, enthusiasm for the brand, and be adaptable to various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
