Job Summary
Maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, and a safe environment is preserved. Efficiently follow all instructions and tasks given by Management within specified timelines while understanding and communicating weekly stock and damaged item status to Store or Stock Managers. Ensure shelves and stockrooms remain fully stocked, clean, tagged, and signed, maintaining consistent awareness of merchandise and proper hanger placement. Demonstrate professionalism with coworkers and customers while meeting company standards for store appearance, performance, and product knowledge. Work various shifts including weekends and holidays, standing for long periods and lifting between 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
