Stock Personnel

Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, provide efficient customer service, and maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, professional interaction with coworkers/customers, meeting company standards for appearance and operations, following management instructions within timelines, communicating stock availability and any damages to Stock Manager, adhering to store procedures, ensuring shelves and stockroom are fully stocked and organized, maintaining merchandise standards around the stockroom, organizing hangers, condensing styles, and maintaining constant awareness of stock and merchandise across the store. Skills & cultural fit include enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service and communication abilities, problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, fast learning, and disciplined self-motivation.
