Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure that products are easily located and inventory is accurate. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, demonstrating professionalism, meeting company standards for store appearance and product knowledge, efficiently following instructions from management, communicating stock availability, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the stockroom, and ensuring merchandise standards are upheld. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the brand, strong attention to detail, exemplary customer service skills, and the ability to lift weights of 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
