Job Summary
The Stock Personnel is responsible for maintaining a well-organized stockroom to ensure product accessibility and accurate inventory. Key duties include adhering to store operating procedures, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting the store’s performance objectives. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills while being enthusiastic about the brand. The role requires individuals to work various shifts and handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
