Job Summary
The Stock Personnel will maintain an organized stock room, ensuring accurate inventory, providing efficient customer service, and maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include contributing to store achievements, understanding and communicating stock status, organizing shelves and the stockroom, maintaining merchandise standards, and following store procedures. Candidates should possess enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a goal-oriented attitude, and must be adaptable and a team player. Previous retail experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous stock or retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
