Job Summary
Process deliveries efficiently and accurately while storing stock to Harrods standards alongside the Sales Manager and Retail team. Conduct daily stock audits, action price changes and markdowns, and issue solutions while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Manage stock take and sales preparation simultaneously, interpreting data and quality control to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and SAP functionalities with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Fixed-term position in H Beauty Edinburgh offering 22 days holiday, staff discounts, and pension.
Required Qualifications
- A proficiency in Excel and general Microsoft Office programmes
- Be familiar and up to date with all relevant SAP functionalities
- Have good PC literacy and numeracy
- Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
- Excellent Teamworking and communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines
- Ability to interpret data and quality control in a timely manner
- Ability to issue and solve stock audits
