Job Summary
The Stock Manager will maintain an organized stock room, process shipments, and assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor. Responsibilities include ensuring shipments are processed accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock areas, reporting discrepancies, assisting in training security procedures, and demonstrating leadership in driving sales. Requires previous stock experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift between 15-30 pounds while standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous stock experience is required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
