Job Summary

The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized stock room, processing shipments, and assisting with stock replenishment on the sales floor. Key tasks include ensuring quick and accurate processing of merchandise shipments, maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization, and reporting any discrepancies. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to achieve results. Previous stock experience is necessary, along with a High School diploma or equivalent. The candidate should be prepared for physical demands, including standing long periods and lifting 15-30 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous stock experience is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
  • Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong drive to achieve results
  • Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
  • Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
  • Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
