Job Summary
The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized stock room, processing merchandise shipments, and assisting stock replenishment on the sales floor. Key responsibilities include processing shipments accurately, ensuring stocked shelves and clean stock room, reporting discrepancies, and upholding store appearance and operating procedures. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous stock experience is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
