Job Summary
The Stock Manager will maintain an organized stock room, process shipments, and assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor. Responsibilities include ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization standards, reporting discrepancies, assisting in training staff on security policies, and actively participating in team meetings to promote innovative ideas. Candidates must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to achieving results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous stock experience is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
