Job Summary
The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized stock room, processing shipments, and assisting with stock replenishment on the sales floor. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate merchandise processing, maintaining stockroom appearance and cleanliness, reporting shipment discrepancies, and supporting the Store Manager in training staff on security policies. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a drive to achieve results. Previous stock experience is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
