Job Summary
Process merchandise receipts, prioritize inventory flow, and organize the backroom to company standards. Execute inventory procedures including cycle counts, shrink reduction strategies, and WebIM Work List maintenance. Manage supply orders, oversee recruitment and development cycles for stock associates, and support visual merchandising flips and event execution. Monitor sell-through rates, replenishment needs, and department changes while adhering to loss prevention policies. Maintain sales floor and stock room housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a management experience preferably in retail apparel
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
- Ability to understand the needs of the customer
- Ability to build buy-in to an idea, a decision, an action, a product, or a service
