Job Summary
Lead and inspire a stock-management team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Manage back-of-house stock processes, coaching and motivating staff to deliver accurate stock handling, efficient operations, and timely processing of returns and online orders. Communicate effectively with Store Manager, maintain up-to-date information, and adapt to change while driving a customer-focused experience. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, problem-solving, multitasking, and ensuring compliant, efficient stock operations. Flexible working options are available, with part-time shifts including afternoons and early evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail/stock environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Home Office guidance)
