Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing sites, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics including freight forwarding and customs clearance. Execute compliance with international trade regulations such as ITAR and EAR while developing relationships with suppliers and carriers to secure reliable capacity. Monitor inventory levels to balance availability against cost, define key logistics performance indicators, and lead the logistics team in driving continuous improvement and process automation. Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and quality teams to align activities with broader supply chain priorities, ensuring safe handling of sensitive aerospace components. This hands-on leadership role supports the ramp-up of the Lisbon manufacturing organization ahead of site launch in Q4 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced in working in a structured production environment, within Aerospace, Automotive or similar
- 3-5 years experience of working in a logistics environment
- Experience working with Warehouse Management (WMS) systems and processes
- Experience of working with inbound and outbound shipping flows
- Experience of managing a team, with clear background of developing and scaling
- Experience of working with an ERP system, such as SAP
- Strong experience and competence using Excel and or Google Sheets
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
