STOCK & HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently by training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute all stock and housekeeping associate duties to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely. Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and store appearance. Ensure all equipment functions properly and supplies are available for daily tasks. Manage task lists and prioritize requests while remaining available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
