Job Summary
Stock Hourly Manager at JFK Airport supervises stock associates during shifts, oversees receiving, stocking, inventory management, and cycle counts, ensures safe and organized stock areas, coordinates freight operations and vendor credits, performs on-the-job coaching, supports replenishment to maintain inventory levels, and collaborates with management on stock performance and process improvements. Requires supervisory experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, knowledge of inventory systems, and the ability to manage safety and asset protection in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field can count for 1 of the 3-year requirement
- 3-4 years of experience in stock operations, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- 1 year of supervisory experience in stock or warehouse operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock handling procedures
- Understanding of safety regulations and asset protection protocols in retail/warehouse environments
- Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and communication skills
