Manage product availability by retrieving merchandise from sales floors and stock rooms, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Process all required cash register transactions for sales, returns, and exchanges, and handle incoming and outgoing product flow to support store profitability. Engage with consumers to answer product questions, demonstrate features, and make suitable recommendations based on their needs. Perform duties in an active environment requiring physical movement and the ability to handle items up to 40 lbs. Work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally.
